We provide Chinese customers with all-round one-stop efficient ice and snow services integrating ice-snow consulting, product supply, project construction & supervision, after-sales service and professional training.

It is equipped with professional after-sales service centers and spare parts centers to respond to project and event demands efficiently with high standards. It provides various technical support services including spare parts supply, equipment commissioning, maintenance and after-sales training.

Meanwhile, the technical service team at the Italian headquarters cooperates closely with ENGO's China service team to deliver high-quality services to customers.
