The Huaxing International Ice Sports Center, with its ice rink completed and put into use in July 2016, covers a total area of 87000 square meters and includes two ice rink venues of different sizes, also known as the "Twin Ice rinks". The Huanggang Hall is currently the main training ground for the Huzai International Ice Hockey Club, Galaxy Elite Ice Hockey Club, and Ice and Snow Short Track Speed Skating Club. Since its establishment, the Huanggang Hall has hosted major events such as the 2016-2017 Asian Ice Hockey League, the "Huaxing CCM Cup" Beijing International Youth Ice Hockey Invitational Tournament, the flag handover celebration of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the "New Year Cup" National Youth Ice Hockey Invitational Tournament, and the 2017-2018 Beijing Youth Club League.
