03  ZSC LIONS ice hockey team from Switzerland

 

Introduction to ZSC Lions

Nicknamed "Z" by the locals in Zurich, the team was established in 1997 through the merger of two local clubs: Zürcher Schlittschuh Club (German for "Zurich Skating Club") and Grasshoppers Club (GC). After the merger, the ZSC Lions won the Swiss championship in 2000, 2001, and 2008, the IIHF Continental Cup in 2001 and 2002, and the Ice Hockey League Champions Cup in 2008.

06 ZINKENSDAMMS IP, SWEDEN

Introduction to Zinkensdamms IP

In Sweden, Zinkensdamms IP is the sports venue with the highest number of bandy league matches. It features a 6,700 square meter artificial ice rink, which is the largest of its kind in Sweden and has been in existence since 1986.
